These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kanakai Futsal (Shreesha Academy) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and futsal court booking services.

4. Booking and Reservations / बुकिङ र आरक्षण

4.1 Booking Process / बुकिङ प्रक्रिया

No upfront payment is required at the time of booking. However, the team must arrive on time. The booking will start and end exactly at the booked time. If the team fails to arrive on time, they will be subject to penalties.

बुकिङ गर्दा कुनै अग्रिम भुक्तानी आवश्यक छैन। तर, टोलीले समयमा उपस्थित हुनुपर्छ। बुकिङ भएको समयमा नै खेल सुरु र समाप्त हुनुपर्छ। टोली समयमा उपस्थित नभएमा जरिवाना भोग्नुपर्नेछ।

4.2 Payment / भुक्तानी

Payment will be collected after the booking. Various payment methods are accepted as indicated on our website. All prices are subject to change without notice.

भुक्तानी बुकिङपछि सङ्कलन गरिनेछ। हाम्रो वेबसाइटमा उल्लेख गरिएको विभिन्न भुक्तानी विधिहरू स्वीकार्य छन्। सबै मूल्यहरू सूचना नदिई परिवर्तन हुन सक्छन्।

4.3 Cancellation Policy / रद्द गर्ने नीति

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking time: Full refund
  बुकिङ समयको २४ घण्टा वा बढी अघि रद्द गरेमा: पूर्ण रकम फिर्ता
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before the booking time: 50% refund
  बुकिङ समयको १२ देखि २४ घण्टाभित्र रद्द गरेमा: ५०% रकम फिर्ता
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking time: No refund
  बुकिङ समयको १२ घण्टाभन्दा कम समयमा रद्द गरेमा: रकम फिर्ता हुँदैन
• No-shows: No refund
  समयमै उपस्थित नभए: रकम फिर्ता हुँदैन

4.4 Rescheduling / पुनः तालिका मिलाउने

Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability and must be done at least 12 hours before the original booking time.

बुकिङहरू उपलब्धता अनुसार पुनः तालिका मिलाउन सकिन्छ र यो मूल बुकिङ समय भन्दा कम्तिमा १२ घण्टा पहिले गर्नु पर्नेछ।

4.5 Punctuality and Time Compliance / समयपालन र समयको पालना

All teams must strictly adhere to their booked start and end times. No extra time will be granted beyond the reserved slot. Failure to comply may cause conflicts and could result in penalties.

सबै टोलीहरूले आफ्नो बुक गरिएको सुरु र समाप्त समय कडाइका साथ पालना गर्नुपर्छ। आरक्षित समयभन्दा बढी अतिरिक्त समय दिइने छैन। पालना नगरेमा द्वन्द्व उत्पन्न हुन सक्छ र जरिवाना लाग्न सक्छ।

5. Facility Rules and Conduct / सुविधा नियम र व्यवहार

When using our facilities, you agree to:
हाम्रो सुविधाहरू प्रयोग गर्दा, तपाईंले निम्न कुराहरू मान्नुपर्नेछ:

• Follow all posted rules and regulations
  सबै पोस्ट गरिएका नियम र निर्देशहरू पालन गर्ने
• Respect other users and staff
  अन्य प्रयोगकर्ता र कर्मचारीप्रति सम्मान गर्ने
• Use appropriate sports attire and footwear
  उपयुक्त खेलकुद कपडा र जुत्ता लगाउने
• Not bring outside food or beverages (unless specified)
  बाहिरबाट खाना वा पेय पदार्थ नल्याउने (यदि उल्लेख गरिएको छैन भने)
• Not use tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises
  स्थलमा धूम्रपान, मदिरा वा गैरकानुनी पदार्थ नप्रयोग गर्ने
• Report any injuries or incidents immediately
  कुनै चोटपटक वा घटनाबारे तुरुन्त जानकारी दिने
• Leave the facility in the same condition as found
  सुविधा उस्तै अवस्थामा छोड्ने जस्तै पाए

Violation of facility rules may result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of booking fees.
सुविधा नियम उल्लंघन गर्दा तुरुन्तै परिसरबाट निकालिने र बुकिङ शुल्क फिर्ता नपाइने हुन सक्छ।

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk / दायित्व र जोखिम स्विकृति

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You acknowledge that participation in futsal and use of our facilities involves inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of our facilities.
जोखिम स्विकृति: तपाईं स्वीकार गर्नुहुन्छ कि फुटसल खेल्न र हाम्रो सुविधाहरू प्रयोग गर्दा चोटपटकको जोखिम हुन्छ। तपाईं स्वेच्छाले यी सबै जोखिमहरू लिनुहुन्छ।

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, kanakai Futsal (श्रीषा एकेडेमी) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
दायित्व सीमितता: कानुनी रुपमा अनुमति भएका सबै सीमासम्म, कन्काई फुटसल (श्रीषा एकेडेमी) कुनै अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, परिणामस्वरूप वा दण्डात्मक क्षतिपूर्ति, वा नाफा वा आम्दानीको घाटा को लागि उत्तरदायी हुने छैन।

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kanakai Futsal (श्रीषा एकेडेमी) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities or violation of these Terms.
मुआब्जा: तपाईं हामीलाई यी नियमहरूको उल्लंघन वा सुविधाको प्रयोगबाट कुनै दावी, क्षति वा खर्चबाट बचाउने सहमति गर्नुहुन्छ।

7. Intellectual Property Rights / बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति अधिकार

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of kanakai Futsal (श्रीषा एकेडेमी) and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
सेवाहरू र तिनीहरूको मौलिक सामग्री, विशेषताहरू र कार्यक्षमता कन्काई फुटसल (श्रीषा एकेडेमी) र यसको लाइसेन्सदाताहरूको विशेष सम्पत्ति हुन् र रहनेछन्। यी सेवाहरू कपीराइट, ट्रेडमार्क र अन्य कानुनद्वारा सुरक्षित छन्।

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without our prior written consent.

Our services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the services.

10. Termination / खारेजी

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
